1997 – Incorporated as Marineaid And Engineering Pte Ltd. Our company is one of the primary, professional Resident Contractors to ST Engineering Marine Ltd, an established shipyard for the Republic of Singapore Navy and other commercial vessels.

2007 – Subsidiary company, Marine Oil & Gas Engineering Pte Ltd is incorporated. It is appointed as Resident Contractor to Sembcorp Marine Pte Ltd (SEMBCORP Marine Group), a global marine engineering group specializing in ship repair, new building, ship conversion, offshore engineering and oil and gas.

Marineaid And Engineering Pte Ltd is a Group Company, wholly owning all the subsidiary companies.

Today, Marineaid And Engineering Pte Ltd is a fully integrated marine electrical engineering company and exclusive distributor for premium quality electrical submersible pumps. Our background and experience lies in shipbuilding, ship repair, ship conversion and other related electrical and pump services to customers both locally and abroad.
